Yes, we need access to a standard powerpoint and a water connection at your property. Most homes, workplaces and driveways have both. If you're not sure whether your spot will work, just reach out before you book and we'll figure it out together.

Anywhere with power and water access works for us. That includes most apartment buildings, office car parks and unit complexes. If you don't have access to power or water, it's still worth getting in touch. We may be able to work something out depending on the job.

It varies depending on the service and the condition of the car. A Maintenance wash typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. A Signature detail runs 3 to 4 hours. Platinum can take a full day or more. We won't rush the job. We stay until you're genuinely happy with the result.

We service Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, Geelong, and the Surf Coast, including Torquay, Anglesea, Lorne, Barwon Heads and Jan Juc. If you're just outside those areas, get in touch anyway. We're happy to discuss travel for the right job.

Not necessarily. As long as we can access your vehicle, power and water, you can go about your day. We'll let you know when we're done. Most clients leave us to it at their home or workplace without any issues.

We keep a close eye on forecasts and will always contact you in advance if conditions look like they'll affect the quality of the job. We'd rather reschedule than deliver a result we're not proud of. Your car will be rebooked at the next available time that suits you.

Yes. We use pH-neutral products that are safe for ceramic-coated finishes, and we take extra care during the wash process to protect your coating. If your car has a ceramic coating, just let us know in the notes when you book.

Select the Maintenance service in the booking form and choose your preferred frequency: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We'll confirm your first appointment and set up the recurring schedule from there. No lock-in contract, cancel or adjust any time.
